Deposits/Payments

A non-refundable deposit of 30% down with signed agreement is due to reserve your date and or materials. This payment amount will be based upon the first count you provide to us for any rental materials and or Wedding Day Coordination or other services specified upon reservation. Your final payment and final count will be due two weeks prior to your event. If you book two weeks or closer to your event date, the bill is due in full with the signed contract.

We accept cash, check, and money order.  In the event of a returned check, you will be responsible for a $30.00 returned check fee. If for any reason Dolce Occasions is obligated to contact a collection agency, small claims court, or hire an attorney, you will be responsible for fees to cover these costs.

Delivery, Set Up, & Take Down

Chair cover pricing includes chair cover, sash, set-up and tear down.    

Client is responsible for making sure facility allows outside companies to set up and or coordinate event. 

We are NOT responsible for any kind of injury whatsoever,  or from any kind of injury that could or might occur per use of our linens or other rental items.

Damage and Missing Item Agreement

All chair covers, sashes & and table linens and or other materials rent to you must be in the same quantity and condition that you receive them: (no tears, rips, burns, holes, excessive food stains, wax stains, etc.) Full replacement cost will apply to any item that is rendered unusable or missing. We will inspect the rental items after use. If any item is missing, damaged, or unusable, we will notify you directly after the event.

Replacement costs:

Chair covers - $5.00 each

Sashes - $2.00 each

Table linens - $16.00

Event Cancellation

All deposits are non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your order or agreement for any type of Coordination Agreement after contract is signed and deposit has been made, there will be no refund. This covers the cost that Dolce Occasions incurs for turning away potential customers in order to secure the items and or date for the event.
